IDAHO HOUSE REPUBLICANS JOIN SUPREME COURT BRIEF TO KEEP MEN OUT OF WOMEN’S SPORTS
Boise, ID - Republicans in the State House of Representatives today announced they will join the effort to defend Idaho law banning biological men from women’s sports in front of the United States Supreme Court.
Idaho House Republicans will sign on to an amicus brief in the cases Little v. Hecox and State of West Virginia v. B.P.J.
The following is a statement from Idaho House Republican members:
“Idaho was the first state in the nation to stand up for the rights of women and girls in sports and prohibit biological males from unfairly competing against females. The overwhelming majority of Idahoans, and Americans, support this position. We will continue to fight for the rights, safety, and dignity of women and girls by taking this case to the Supreme Court and making the people’s voices heard.”
