Rep. Josh Tanner Named to Legislative Council

State Rep. Josh Tanner, R-Eagle, has been appointed to the Legislative Council, the body which oversees the management responsibilities of the Legislature. Tanner, Co-Chair of the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee, replaces former state Rep. Wendy Horman who resigned her seat in January to accept a position in the Trump administration.

The Idaho Legislative Council consists of the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the majority and minority leaders of both houses, and four senators and representatives, two from each party.
